Counseling Services

Donor Concierge offers counseling services to help orient intended parents to the nuances of third party fertility. Third party fertility can be an Orwellian experience. It is not unusual to be overwhelmed by the number of decisions you are being faced with.  That is why we offer counseling services.   Too often IVF clinic’s hand you a list of agencies and tell you to go look.  The agencies give you a password and tell you the same but no one has taken the time to help you to think through “Look for what?” and “Where do I start?  Some of the issues we look at are:

  • Where you are on your fertility journey?
  • How ready are you to move forward with third party fertility treatment?
  • What you can expect along the way?
  • Are you and your spouse/partner on the same page?
  • Do you have the support you need to think through these issues as you plan for becoming a single parent?
  • What characteristics are most important you as you consider either a donor or a surrogate?
  • What are realistic expectations?
  • What can you find in an egg donor or a surrogate?
  • What is realistic to expect and what is not?

Egg Donor Search

Donor Concierge conducts a detailed personalized search to locate available egg donors, surrogates or both, depending on your needs.  We have access to more U.S. egg donor and surrogate databases than anyone in the world.  We are the best bet for finding the donor or surrogate who most closely fits your requirements and is currently available to cycle.  We specialize in the hard to find.  For you that may mean an available gestational surrogate in a surrogacy friendly state or an egg donor with specific characteristics, ethnic heritage (Asian, Middle Eastern, East Indian) or high SAT scores.  Each search utilizes all of Donor Concierge’s ample resources, by searching and personally contacting agencies to find a collection of candidates that meet your needs. In most cases, Donor Concierge can deliver results to you within a week for a donor search and in less than a month for a surrogate search.

$995: Donor Concierge has access to over 14,000 egg donors through over 60 agencies across the U.S. while counseling you throughout your decision making process. In addition, you get the following

Gail’s advice: Try to keep an open mind as you review egg donor profiles and appreciate each donor for who she is rather than for who she is not.  We are all extremely unique individuals—look for someone who looks like she could fit into your family and who you can appreciate for who she is as an individual.  Remember, even when we are dealing with our own genetics, we never know what surprises we might see in our children. In addition, you receive the following services:

  • Faster access to new Gestational Carriers through our network of respected agencies
  • Full carrier profiles with complete contact information for each agency
  • 3-6 profiles, depending on your criteria
  • Possible discount on agency fees (most of the agencies we work with offer a discount to Donor Concierge clients of between $1,000 -$1,500 off the agency fee)
  • Help locating a reproductive endocrinologist, reproductive attorney and/or if reproductive psychologist if needed at no additional charge

For intended parents with unique needs we offer our premium services.  99% of our clients can find what they need through our traditional search services since we have access to more donors and surrogates than anyone in the world through our extensive network.  If, however you have unique requirements we can design a customized approach to help you build your family.

Through Gail’s expertise and broad network of professional contacts, built through years of experience,  she can work with you on a one to one basis.  Gail can help you find what you need whether that’s the right donor, surrogate or the unbiased support you need to consult with you as you move forward in your journey to parenthood.   That may be different for each client.  Gail has worked with high profile clients from all over the world.

International Services

Donor Concierge has helped numerous international intended parents through the process of coming to the United States to start a family. Donor Concierge is a unique service. We have access to more U.S. egg donor and surrogate databases than anyone in the world.  We are your best bet for finding the donor or surrogate who most closely fits your requirements and is currently available to cycle.

The first step is to have a phone consultation with Gail Sexton Anderson, Ed.M. the founder of Donor Concierge, to discuss your fertility history and intentions. Gail will then create a program that meets your specific needs. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the program you need. Donor Concierge can begin working for you even before you leave your country. For example, Donor Concierge can search for an egg donor or surrogate (or both) who meets your criteria, and can introduce you to a fertility specialist (reproductive endocrinologist) with whom you can have an initial phone consultation before you come to the United States. Whenever possible, Donor Concierge will look for a doctor who speaks your language, or will make arrangements for an interpreter. Gail can also help you make doctors appointments, and can arrange for a fertility attorney to help you with legal aspects. Fees may vary according to your needs.
